Hab derives from the idea of creating a place for Triestine youth which would expresse the freshness and quality of products, both in the eating area and the direct products sale area. The environment that we have studied is based on a game of colours and continuity of material.
The whole premises are wrapped in tiles which divide the wall into two areas and leave space to the grey of the lower area and the blackboard black of the upper area where it is possible to write the daily menu or the serving of beers. The bar counter works as a worktop for the kitchen and as a point of sale of fresh products.
The new furniture is characterized by a dark green colour, which also characterizes the fitting-out of the premises, matching the coloured wood tables and the mixed colours school chairs.
