La Frasca wants to pass on the values of a new way of living and engaging in agriculture. A production and economic process that turns into an interior design project. La Frasca is not only a restaurant, it is also a shop selling typical products, it is also a part of the history of our territory.
We concentrated ourselves a lot on the scenic part of the entrance by using plants, vases and three glass suspension lamps over the counter.
Our intervention denudes the cottage La Frasca and then covers it with new shapes and colours adding inside all the characteristics of a modern shop, but still following the simple shapes of the past. The entrance to the shop basically consists of one large tailor-made furniture which includes a sideboard for products, counter and back counter at the “tavern” side.
The hall is characterized by the sand colour walls contrasting with the wood of the beams and the dark tables. We tried to create points of attention for the visitor by characterizing the walls with elements which have a strong impact. The whole room looks bare creating an environment with a spacious and airy feel to it, where values, kept for a long time, can be found inside La Frasca.
